Studio Policies

To support a focused, respectful, and professional learning environment, the following policies apply to all Out There Singing clients.​

Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • All lessons must be booked and rescheduled using the official booking link system.

  • Rescheduling is only permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.

  • No rescheduling will be accommodated via text, call, or DM.

  • Studio communication is via email only. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for a response.

Illness Policy (Cold/Flu Season Exception)

  • If you're feeling unwell, you may reschedule without penalty if you email BEFORE 10:00 AM on the day of your lesson.

  • This will result in a -25% reduction in lesson length (e.g., a 60-minute lesson becomes 45 minutes) to account for administrative time.

  • Emails received AFTER 10:00 AM will be considered late and the lesson will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Package Policy

  • All lessons are sold and scheduled as part of a monthly lesson package.

  • Each weekly package allows for 2 (two) cancellation per 6-month period, if notice is given 24+ hours in advance

  • All other missed or canceled lessons must be rescheduled using the booking system link.

  • No exceptions will be made outside of the policies outlined here.


 

Communication Boundaries

  • No texting or calling regarding studio matters.

  • All communication is done via email.

  • Expect a minimum 24-hour response time.

Payment & Automation

  • Monthly payments are automated. Payment plans are managed through our system, and payment links will be sent automatically.

  • Lessons will not be held unless payment has been completed for the month.
